We offer 50% start your build deposit with 50% balance due once your console is ready to ship. If you are interested in this option, contact us as you cannot purchase directly from our website using this payment method.

Product Questions & Care
Yes. All of our consoles are integrated with full Sonos functionality so you can access and stream all your online music services through the Sonos App. You can also pair your Wrensilva with any Sonos speakers in your home to play vinyl in other rooms.
We proudly design and manufacture Wrensilva speakers in-house. You can learn more about the Wrensilva sound on the product pages for the M1 and The Standard.
The Standard and M1 are equipped with Auxiliaries 1 & 2 (RCA’s) to connect additional external devices (cassette deck, CD player, receiver, etc.) to your console. In addition, they both have a pre, pre-amp audio output jack to easily connect to existing audio systems.

Every Wrensilva comes with a Set-Up Guide upon arrival to help you get started with listening to your new console. Beyond initial set-up instructions, caring for your console is minimal. When your console is not in use, be sure to put the cap back on the cartridge and keep the lid closed – both to prevent dust accumulation. You will also want to periodically use a stylus cleaner to remove oil, dust and dirt buildup, which can cause the audio quality to be compromised. Regular cleaning ensures the optimal listening experience and prolongs the life of both the stylus and your vinyl records. Wrensilva recommends a cleaning gel or stylus brush.
With regards to cleaning the console itself. The wood is completely sealed, so it’s not going to dry out, but you do want to keep it clean. We recommend a Swiffer for dust and a microfiber cloth + a little dish soap with a dry microfiber cloth followed right behind. For a deeper clean, you can also use a wood conditioner and cleaner. Two very important things to note: Never use Windex or wax on your console.
Shipping & Returns
We have an estimated 4-6 week lead time from order to shipment. Our consoles are all handmade in San Diego, California. We try to be as accurate as possible with lead times, but please order with enough advance time for flexibility if your console is intended for a special occasion or as a gift. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hrs.
The M1 and The Standard consoles ship via freight in a well-padded cardboard crate on a wooden pallet. When the console reaches the local terminal, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a convenient White Glove delivery appointment. A professional delivery team will bring your new Wrensilva into your home on a pre-scheduled date and handle the unboxing of the console, positioning it in a room of your choosing, and discarding all packing materials. We pride ourselves on being true plug and play — no assembly required.
Absolutely. As these are high-value packages, we never ship a console without contacting the customer first to check scheduling concerns and affirm that someone will be available to accept and confirm a successful delivery. A representative will reach out about a week before the projected ship date to inquire about availability to accept delivery, confirm your shipping address, and ask about any special considerations. At this time, please notify Wrensilva of any special delivery requirements. This includes but is not limited to, the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads, driveways, or other access points. Be sure to find out any requirements for access to buildings with specific delivery instructions, such as deliveries allowed only during certain hours, dedicated freight, elevators, etc. If your property requires Wrensilva to provide a Certificate of Insurance, please make this request at the time of confirmation. Tracking information for all products will be provided upon shipping.

Yes, please contact us for assistance with delivery to Alaska or Hawaii as remote areas and island addresses may be subject to special rates and cannot be purchased directly from our website at this time.
We do not ship internationally, but we’re happy to work with you and a carrier of your choice on options for international shipping. Please reach out with questions.
Upon delivery, inspect both the packaging for any defects, such as tears or crush marks, and the console itself before accepting and signing the delivery documents. If damage is noted, you must sign off “Damaged Upon Arrival” with the delivery agent. Please make any additional notes on the documents provided by the Delivery Company and retain a copy for your records. It is important to note these issues on the delivery documents before signing the proof of delivery. If the console is structurally intact and usable, accept the item. If the console is structurally damaged and completely unusable, refuse the item.
We stand behind the quality of the products we hand-build. All consoles are thoroughly inspected and must pass our strict quality control standards prior to shipping. However, damages in transit can occur, and we will work quickly to resolve any issue. Please contact us immediately to determine next steps.
Consoles purchased from Wrensilva are hand-built in our San Diego shop and made to order, we do not accept returns.
If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund.
